Overview and Apology
My name is Russ Johnson, and I am a professional programmer. As of late, I have been working a lot with PHP, although my language of choice is Perl, and I have been known to be forced to work with VBScript. I have also dabbled with C, C++, Java, and a variety of others.
I am a native of Traverse City, Michigan, Cherry Capital of the World, and I now find myself living in Catalonia, whose capital is Barcelona. Catalonia, by the way, is an autonomous community of Spain, so I suspect I live in Spain these days.
My apologies go out to anyone with any aesthetic sense at all. I am not a designer, and the color scheme of this site should prove that, although I do know HTML, XHTML, CSS, and even Gimp rather well. I would never hire myself to choose any color scheme involving anything someone might actually look at.
This site has no central purpose, although some of its sections might prove interesting to somebody, somewhere.
